Weakspot

This describes what Weakspot ("we", "us") collects when you use weakspot.app and why.

What we collect

• Account information: your email address, and if you sign up for Pro, billing details processed by Stripe (we never see or store your card number).
• Chess game data: if you import games for weakness analysis, we store the games and the analysis results tied to your account.
• Usage and device data: basic analytics (via Google Analytics) such as pages visited and browser/device type, used to understand how the trainer is used.

How we use it

To run your account, process payments, generate your weakness analysis, respond to support requests, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

• Stripe — payment processing for Pro subscriptions.
• Google Analytics — aggregate, anonymized usage analytics.

We do not share your chess games or analysis with anyone else, and we do not use your games to train public models.

Your choices

You can delete imported games, or delete your account entirely, by emailing hello@weakspot.app. Deletion removes your data from our production systems; backups age out on our normal backup cycle.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies for login sessions and analytics. No third-party ad tracking.

Children

Weakspot is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will post the update here with a new date.
