Weakspot

If Weakspot is not for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund it.

Subscriptions

Weakspot Pro renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing us — you keep access through the period you already paid for. We do not prorate or refund partial periods already in progress, except as described below.

The 14-day window

If you are within 14 days of your first charge, or of a renewal charge you did not mean to let through, email us and we will refund it in full — no questions asked.

How to request one

Email hello@weakspot.app with the email address on your account. We process approved refunds back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days via Stripe.
